Day 735--A Five-Mile Loop

I finally found how to make this loop five (by running on the trail by the river), so that was good. I wore a long sleeve shirt because I was cold with the wind; I did a lap and then ate an apple and had some Gatorade. I went slow the first lap so I could have negative splits, which I was able to do. I spent the run mostly thinking those big long thoughts I reserve for Saturdays.

 I sat and read about Bob Dylan when I was done. Sarah had just gotten home from the store, and I felt restless.
