Day 665 -- Long Day 135 Minutes

I ran the first hour with gloves, but I decided to take them off because my hands were sweaty. After the first twenty minutes, I realized I made a huge mistake. my hands began to swell and were bright red. I tried to keep moving them, but it wasn't enough. twenty minutes later I was back at my house purtting my hands under warm water -- I will not make that mistake again. 

I ran the last twent minutes at race pace. Most difficult run of the season, but I made it.
