Friday, Day 811, Same Pain

I had to start earlier today because some people are coming to replace our air conditioner.

A lot more cars were on the road at 7a.m than at 8 a.m. 

I waved at my neighbor walking his dog. I felt that same pain in my ankle, but I tried to make the most of it. I did some short sprints, which were fun. 

So many people were at the White Castle this morning. I wanted to tell them all to leave because of how terrible that White Castle is, but I just felt bad for them instead.
