Day 2,887 —I See you Moon— with my PICTURE of the NIGHT SKY #671
Yesterday, I looked at the moon and it looked pretty full to me, and I wondered if today was the day or if it will be tomorrow. Officially, yesterday was the full moon and the Ides of March. The Ides is fascinating concept because the day set aside each month for debts to be paid, notably marked by the full moon each month.
However, the Ides of March took in a new meaning after Shakespeare wrote his play Julius Caesar, which I will admit I find a little frustrating. Kind of like how people use tragedy now just to mean a sad thing.
