Day 3128 —Lazy Sunday— with TRAIN TRACKS and a BLUE SKY

I dressed too warm today just assuming it would feel like yesterday but today there was no wind. The sky was bright and there were so many leaves on the ground. I made no attempt to avoid them and instead enjoyed listening to the crunch that they made after each step. When I was younger, I might have been more afraid to fall when stepping on leaves, but I do not know what I am doing differently but I don’t really fall or trip anymore. 

It is weird to think about why, but I feel like I step more cautiously now somehow where I give myself more of a chance to change course just in case I step in something that might make trip me or slip. Maybe I have just officially put enough hours of night running in.
