Day 642 --Short day / off day

Short day

This is the kind of day that is difficult because it use to be the kind of days that I would take off. I only ran for 20-minutes, but I was miserable most of the time. I was pretty sore from doing nine the day before. The snow was all iced over and my ankle hurt every time I put my foot down on the snow. 

Final thought

Every day cannot be a snow day, but every day can be meaningful.
