Day 649 -- Nice Day

Well, the sun was shining and there was no clouds in the sky. The moon did not give off much light, but it was a calm morning, not much wind. 

I saw a running group of about five people and I waved "hi." Only one of the members in the group noticed and waved back. I noticed my HR getting pretty high during the latter part of my run, which is odd because it normally stays pretty stagnate, even when I am pushing myself.  

I wore shorts and listened to electronic beats the whole time.
