Day 2,848 —Still Here— with my PICTURE of SNOW MELTING #633

There is no sidewalk on a day like this and the cars have gotten bolder, so it is dangerous on all the major roads. I run into the woods and go over by the train tracks. 

I noticed the tracks of deer early, and I kept going. I was running through thick snow, but I was mostly enjoying it. I did not have time to do a lot today. I needed to get back home, so I could go sliding with my daughter.

I saw the pack of deer just ahead of me. They were running quickly. I thought for a moment that I could get my camera and take a picture. There were at least six of them moving quickly, scared sensing a stranger. I watched them go not even moving towards my camera.
