Day 3,413—2 Days until the Shawnee Hill 100!—

       I keep going through the things I need in my mind! Finally, have enough hydration powder and gummies. Now, I need to get some cookies! There is a brand that makes vegan versions of every popular type of cookie, from thin mints to chocolate chip cookies. 

        I also want to get these strawberry-jelly-filled tiny muffins. Yet, I need to remember that I have never run out of food! So I don’t need to go crazy. I do want cookies during my runs, and I do want the gummy-type running blocks that I have been using forever. Yet, anything that seems like it might be hard to chew or dry out my mouth sounds disgusting. I might buy more cans of peaches! They are heavy, but I plan to bring at least one. My dad will be able to bring my cooler to me at different times to have popsicles and coconut water. 


        I am still running in winter clothes, and my vest is filled with water. It is starting to feel a little lighter, and I am glad I am doing this, so it is not a shock every time the full bladder is on my back, but it isn’t easy, and I keep reminding myself how much it will be worth it to always have an adequate amount of water.
