Day 3,573 —Happy February! —

 I am still getting up late, but I started the day by stretching for ten minutes! I really want to be able to meditate first thing, or somehow work my meditation and stretching together for like 15 minutes because there are always so many other things to do.

Mainly, feed the cats and do laundry, or I might have work or schoolwork to do. I have to stop making excuses because these things are never going to change. I know I am happier and healthier when I make time to do the following: stretch, meditate, read (for fun), write, and run. Currently, I am doing at least two of those every day, but lately, that’s been a struggle.

I can tell you that running during sunrise this morning felt amazing, and I felt so energized when I got home.
