Day 3225 —Taking a Break—

The run this morning went by fast there was ice on the ground this morning and puddles were beginning to freeze. I am starting to like the idea of taking a little time off from running as many miles as possible for the next couple of weeks. I mean like maybe this weekend I don’t do two long runs, but I think by next weekend I will just want to.
