Day 2,821 —Learning to Walk— with my PICTURE of BABY ANGELS #606

I did not tell my wife how many miles I planned to do. I knew it would be determined by when I started feeling bad, so I went out hoping to do at least five. I felt okay during the first three miles. I ran up a hill to Gravois and then down Gravois and on through Grant’s Trail.

Once on the trail, my knee started bothering me, so I turned towards home. I decided to start walking parts of the mile to make the return trip easier. The pain disappeared immediately when I started walking.

I approached an old decrypt streetlight and took a picture. I cannot remember noticing it before. It is amazing it still exist.

Next weekend, I will plan to work the walking in earlier in the run.
