Day 2,837 —Frozen Pond— with my PICTURE of a WHITE FLOWER with a spot of RED around the CENTER #621

I saw this frog yesterday, but I wanted to run at least a mile before I stopped and took a picture. Today, I took the picture first and then I ran a mile. 

My knee only hurt a little, but that is normal. It only because pain I must deal with after around an hour.
