Day 3065 —What’s in a Night’s Sleep?— with a PICTURE of a GREEN WEED
Thinking today about what going a night without sleep would ultimately do to me if I did that every week. How many times can I go without sleeping at all and still be healthy?
If I do what I did this weekend every other weekend would that be okay? I am not feeling amazing today, but what about tomorrow?
I fell trying to make it up a mud hill and had to grab a tree to make it. I stopped and took a picture: I will feel better tomorrow.
