Day 3,426—What’s Next? —

This is my 3rd year working with new teachers, and I might be finally figuring some things out about working with adults. For the most part, kids and adults aren’t super different, yet adults are often much better at masking their emotions, so I am always worried that there are obvious things I am missing.

But today, I barely made it to work, and I kept getting everywhere late, but I am starting to feel capable again. I am starting to feel like I have some influence.

         I still haven’t found the next 100-mile race to do, even though I have two shorter races planned for October.
