Day 3,450—Slow and Steady—

I didn’t make it out last night, but I was able to get an early start and have an enjoyable run. I went over to Whitecliff Park and ran on the trails. I found more shortcuts than I remembered before. I stayed focused and kept redoing the hills, trying to just have fun and keep my effort light.

         I took a break at home and spent some time with my wife and son, and then I was back out, and this time I stayed away from the trail. I felt good, even though it was warm.
