Day 3,303 —Signed up Today —

It’s pretty nice today, and I enjoyed sitting on the fallen tree by the pond, but I am tired. I need to catch up on my sleep. Hopefully, I might be able to do a longer run tomorrow. I finally signed up for the St. Louis Ultra Club and the Berryman 50 mile run! When I was telling my parents about it last night, I remembered that it is really 52. I remember asking somebody about it last year, and he told me that it does describe it as a 52-mile run on the website, but that’s not what it is called, which was my point. At the same time, calling it a 52-mile race seems odd. Why not try to cut those extra two miles somehow? I get that it is a trail, so maybe this is just not possible.
