Day 3,304 —Better Now than Never —

When it looked like I would be starting my day going to the Botanical Gardens with my daughter, I decided to do a quick two miles. I kept telling myself I would go back out later to do more, but it never seemed like the right time.

It is surprisingly humid today and even though I didn’t get to run longer, I did get a lot of steps in chasing my daughter around and carrying her when she got too tired near the end.
