Day 3179 —No Coffee— with an IMAGINERY RAINFOREST

      I wanted to see if my heart rate would be different without caffeine before my run. It started low and stayed there, but went up to over 150 at the end of my first mile. I stopped running and walked, but my heart rate continued to climb for a moment before dropping. I wondered if my annoyance of getting up late and the noise was also affecting my heart rate. My watch started counting something down when I was heading towards home, which it also did yesterday. I wonder if I turned some mode on by mistake.

 Goals for the week: find a new hydration powder and get gloves that fit over another pair.
