Day 3184 —Morning Frost: Four Runs until the Shippey! — with a TINY WATERFALL II

My phone said the low was in the thirties, but it felt like 24 degrees when I started my run. There was frost on the windows of my cars, on the grass, and on the trees. As I started my run, I felt uneasy and uncomfortable in my running clothes. I thought about whether I needed to wash my running vest before the race. I haven't worn it since my last race, and I don't plan to bring much, but I like running with the vest on trails because it is easier to carry things without having to find the perfect spot. I also like being able to put my water bottle in my backpack when I am not using it. Happy Monday!
