Day 3,367 —Running as Fast as I can—

My goal was to do the 1.4-mile rolling hill section in at least sub-8-minute miles. I don’t often run hard, but I didn’t have time to do a long run yesterday, and today I am still debating trying to go back out later, but I wanted to make it count. I felt amazing, rushing down the hills to go back up again. I went left into Webster, crossing the bridge over the highway, looking at the clouds, and feeling the wind pull my hair back. I saw a group of bike riders taking over the road and then going into a small café at the end of their run. I saw a group of walkers out, moving quickly. There are not so many cars, though, which is nice because the streets are a little quieter.
