 I am watching my daughter today, so I didn’t have time to do more this morning, but I am thinking maybe tonight? I want to build a track and a garden in the abandoned parking lot by my house. I am not sure how to start that project. The person who owns the land doesn’t maintain it or do anything with it and hasn’t for going on 15 + years
