Day 3,503—Webster/Kirkwood Turkey Trot—

I missed doing this race last year. I don’t really have a plan right now for what I am thinking as far as pace or what I will wear. Part of me thinks I should run to the start like I did when I ran 34 miles. That was the longest I had ever gone at that point. I doubt I will do that much, and part of me has a strong desire to take it easy this week to let my body heal. I already feel better after getting a couple more hours of sleep, but this week is going by fast, and tomorrow and Friday will be fun but also stressful. I have always loved Thanksgiving, and there is something whimsical about this race: I am looking forward to it.
