Day 4,222—The Possibility of Snow—
On Saturday It was in the 60s, today the temperature was below 30 as I went outside. I wore my leggings and a gray running hoodie. It was difficult to motivate myself to start this run. Once, I was outside I felt sluggish and my feet felt like they were less than secure as I landed on the ground. I stopped to take a picture of the yellow leaves on the path, and I accidently stopped and saved my run.
I started another run and wondered at first how I did that by accident. As I ran closer to home, I wondered how I hadn’t done it more often. Tomorrow I am off! Which make going into today so difficult in theory. Next week is the last full week until the week off for Thanksgiving.
Congratulations to everyone who completed the Tunnel Hill last week! I will always remember that race fondly as my first 100-mile race.
