Day 2,906 —Planning for the Future— with a PICTURE of CONSTRUCTION on HEEGE #691

I am thinking that I have a good plan for how I am going to train for this 100-mile run I am doing in June. I am doing a 50K in two weeks, and then three weeks away from the race, I am doing a 50-mile run. 

I am not doing the miles I would like to do to prepare, but this marathon has bolstered my spirits. I need to give my feet and legs a break, so I am going to be more selective about what I eat and start cross training more.  

I am looking forward to these races again. Instead of wondering how I am going to figure it out. 

Will see how successful I am, but I think being light is a huge factor in a long race. That, and feeling strong.
