The wind was crazy intense today, and it always seemed like it was about to rain. I went out and ran for an hour with my sandals first, and then I sat around and drank water, visited my wife and daughter, and then went out again for round two. I repeated these steps four time. I didn’t want to carry water, but I needed to run at least twenty.
