Day 2,930 —a Walk in the Park— with a PICTURE of SNOW in the DARK #715

I wanted to return to long day Thursdays that I used to accomplish weekly when I did at least three long days a week. 

It was a perfect morning for it. Sunny yet still with cold air present throughout the morning. I kept thinking my watch was off and that my heart rate was low not 180 on average, but I tried not to think about it. I am sure the errors will all even out at some point in the future.  

Yesterday, my class was cancelled, so I went to pick up my daughter and went on a walk with her. We did over a mile together, and she loves running every time we go to the park. We end up racing at some point and she giggles and runs ahead of me, not letting me pass. 

Could anyone ask for anything more?
