Day 3239 —Ode to the Rain—

I see you rain as you hit the pavement and reflect the lights and the moon. I hear you rain, the sound you make against the jacket I am wearing, reminds me of camping, hearing that TAP TAP TAP somewhere behind me.

Rain, my old friend I have had so memories with you. I remember you this past summer when I was lost and all I could see was your reflection in the headlights from the traffic. That race, you thought you might be able to upset, to break me, to make me mad at you, but I love you rain because you make my days more interesting.
