Day 3248 —the Return of Winter! —

It is usually not so difficult for me to revel in a challenging schedule, but this weekend and the next couple of days will be busier than I have been this week, and I have been incredibly busy with schoolwork, work, and family stuff. I am a little disappointed that I have not been able to run as many miles as I would prefer, but each mile spent running is time I feel guilty for not spending on something else.

    Yet, my run and reflecting on it now is helping me gain perspective, and it is making it easier for me to appreciate what I have been able to do this week.
