Day 3,670 —Waking up with the Storm—

 I was thankful that it wasn’t cold because running in the rain when it is just rain isn’t so bad. I wore my sandals, so I wouldn’t mind getting my feet wet. Just when I thought it was going to stop flooding in my house, it continued this morning. I didn’t start my run immediately and instead hung back a little hoping it might clear up some, but of course, it didn’t.

Why is it always raining so much in May? Maybe it is a good thing, but I was reflecting on how it has been difficult to find a day to mow the lawn when it isn’t raining. I am guessing if you work outside, you might be forced to take some time off.
