Day 3,686 —Thanks for the Bread Vegan Deli and Butchery! —

 Running in the dark this morning, so I had to use my headlamp! Thinking about yesterday when I went to the Vegan Deli and Butchery. It is my new favorite sandwich shop by far! It is the place I would make if I had more time and resources. I used to love deli sandwiches, but it has been hard to find any good vegan version of sandwiches before this place opened.

When I went there yesterday with my daughter, she didn’t want any sandwiches, but she wanted the bread. I didn’t think they would give her bread or let me buy it, but the guy there handed her a whole piece of bread. She spent the rest of the day carrying it around and eating it.
