Day 4,321—Here Comes the Day—

 

       I wasn’t ready for the day to end last night, and when I opened my eyes, I just wanted to put my arms out and say, “pause.” Cannot we just give it a wee bit more time before we get into the business of the day?

        But no such luck. I slowly got dressed, made coffee, and fed the cats. Everything was a tremendous chore and took twice as much time as it should have. While I was running, I started to think about my car and how I need to get basic maintenance of it soon before my next trip. I am also tempted to see if I can get the audio fixed. I haven’t been able to use an aux cord to play music in years. My plates are also set to expire this year, and I will need a new driver's license. I wonder how early I can apply for a new driver's license. I'm not a fan of that picture.
