Day 3,652 —Wow! What a crazy day Yesterday turned into! —

 During my run I was reflecting on yesterday. It was one of those days that revealed itself through stories of tragedy that were conveyed to me throughout the day. I hope I responded appropriately, but it does just make me mad at the society we live in. There is so much needless pain and suffering that is benefiting no one. I know I am doing what I can to be part of the solution, but it never seems like enough.
