Day 4,187—Late Start—

 

It is the week of my anniversary, so my wife and I decided to take today off! It is such a nice day, and I am looking forward to being able to spend some time together without our kids, but it is always so hard to decide what to do. It is so rare that we are able to do anything. I wish I had gotten up earlier to run, but I needed to sleep. Everyone in my house has been getting sick.

I cannot believe it is October already! This is my favorite time of the year. The weather is changing, and it is getting cool, but it’s not cold, and I love seeing all the Halloween decorations and hearing the crunch of the leaves as I run on trails.
