Day 4,303—Running with all the Black SUVs with tinted windows as the pot smoke is wafting—

This is the third time I have run this route this week. I am sure I could figure out a different route if I tried, but it is difficult because there is no sidewalk anymore. I wonder where I will be able to run tomorrow for a longer distance and how far I will go. I will probably go to the track first thing to see if that is an option, but if it is not, I am not sure. I might end up just doing laps in areas that I know are usually less dense with cars. I would have thought no one would be up driving around through neighborhoods and dead ends before 5 this morning, but I see so many SUVs with tinted windows, and they drive like they’re the only car in the world. One of the vehicles that passed me this morning while I was taking a picture was traveling twice the speed limit and left the smell of marijuana in its wake. I am not against people smoking weed in general, but I don’t want to smell it first thing in the morning during my run.

I didn’t finish my video last night because I didn’t do anything. I mainly spent my free time alone, and otherwise, I spent time with my kids or my wife.  I desperately needed a break after dinner, but both of my kids followed me downstairs. I love spending time with them, but I also require time to myself. At bedtime, my daughter told me that she wants to spend time with me all the time and that she doesn’t like that I need time by myself. I thought it was sweet of her to say, but I tried to explain to her that everyone must take a break sometimes.
