Day 3,567 —Running in Shoes with Metal—

 I thought I was moving faster than I usually am and was trying not to think about it but just run. I also was listening to music, and it was warmer than it has been. I realized my shoes felt about a half size too big and wondered if that was a factor. 

I saw a cat sleeping in a tree right before I finished my run.
