Day 3,743 —What is left Behind—
There is that 6-hour race tomorrow, so I wanted to take it easy today. I still wore my weighted vest, but I was only planning to run 3 at the most. I ran by all this nice wooden furniture on someone’s lawn. I took two pictures, and I heard the garage door open.
The woman who approached me said she was moving and needed to get rid of everything. I commented on how impressive the table and the couch were and how difficult it was to throw things away. She said if I was interested, I would need to come back soon. The trash men were on the other side of the street now, but they would be over where we were quickly. I told her I would go home and ask my wife. Although, I doubted I would return, I wanted to. She had many excellent pieces of furniture.
