Day 3,877 —Buying Breakfast—

I ran to the grocery store and bought hash browns and vegan sausages. When I got home, I made pancakes plus the stuff I bought. My son ate the pancakes, and I bought him chocolate banana bites. My daughter loves the vegan scrambled eggs that I make, and she ate sourdough bread. I had some of everything and thought about how hard it would be only to buy things that I run and carry home. I still would have to use my car for work. It wouldn’t be that difficult to run to the grocery store. I should be more focused on training or doing a special run for my birthday. Still, I have been getting over being sick, so I am not going to focus on being outside in the cold when I wake up with a sore throat, but I do feel guilty, and part of me feels like I am already out of shape and will have to spend a lot of effort getting back to where I was for the 100 mile run in January.
