Day 2,513 —Day of Heaven— (with Manuscript Library 1 and 2 )

I recently re-watched the film Days of Heaven and was thinking how a lot of the shots look like they could have been taken around where I live. I know it is set in Texas and was shot in Alberta, but the style of the house and the open fields all look like middle Missouri to me. 

In a film like that I appreciate how nature is shot. I really love nature and being outdoors. It truly gives me energy and makes me feel better about everything. There is nothing more exhilarating than being outside on a nice day and just breathing in the cool fresh air. I smile for no reason. I laugh and say good morning to everyone I meet. 

It is as if I am asking them, “can you believe how great this feels?” 

        And they respond, “yeah, it is pretty amazing!”
