Day 2,523 —Running in the GO! St. Louis— (with a Butterfly)

Yesterday, the GO! made more spots available for the in-person race, and I was able to register in time. It so meaningful to me because it has been my regular Marathon since 2009. Missing it last year was difficult. I still did a virtual version but just not the same.

I was pretty accepting that it got cancelled because the corona stuff was still new, but I would have never guessed that it would be possible to miss it a year later.

I tried to take a picture of this furniture store for a minute, but I couldn’t get the angle that I wanted.

This is the week when I would have been on spring break; it was the worst spring break ever. I couldn’t do much more than check the news constantly. The only thing I remember doing is paying $20 to see The Invisible Man; I was going to see it in the theater, but they were closed, and so I decided to indulge to capture a sense of normalcy. It was okay.
