Day 2,944 —Almost Forgot— with a PICTURE of a LOST DOG #729

 I just brushed my teeth when I realized I had not updated my run yet. Wow, first time I almost forgot in over a year. Maybe, I need to switch back to writing about my runs first thing?

I got to see the geese family again this morning. They were strutting about having a grand old time. I sat and watched them for a few minutes. I thought I might go for another run like I have been doing, but I think the heat is getting to me.
