Day 2,949 —Missing the Obvious— with a PICTURE of BLUE SMOKE #734

I ran towards the sunrise. I was mesmerized by the wispy white clouds and the orange glow of the sun beginning to get entangled. When I turned around, I saw the full moon bright and in focus, and I could not believe I almost didn’t see it.

But this is not that unusual, I miss the obvious all the time. I noticed that I had forgotten to update the number of days I have ran on my two most recent entries. It is especially odd because I updated the picture count and the day, just not the number of days I have ran. While I focus on nuances of situations, I treat the obvious as a given.
