Day 2,967 —One Week— with a PICTURE of what USED to be a HOTEL

I am doing 100 miles next Saturday! It was like all the sudden it hit me! That’s next week. I felt myself trying to push it today, but I kept myself steady at a 10-minute pace overall. Now, I need to focus on showing up as healthy as possible. I need to eat exclusively fresh fruits and vegetables. I need to cut back to almost no caffeine, and I need to start stretching multiple times a day. 

It looks like it will be a nice day; maybe, it will be a little cold during the night. Oh well, I would rather a little cold and wet compared to an intense heat. I am starting to truly look forward to that race day energy. I finally finished editing most of the pictures I took on the AT!
