Day 2,990 —a Suspiciously nice Day— with a PICTURE of a WHITE FLOWER #762

The start of the race on Saturday was so hot and humid that during the first two laps, I wanted it to rain. However, today it is in the low 60s. What’s going on? 

I should probably be out there doing more miles, taking advantage, but I kind of wanted to take it easy today. I felt good during most of this run. I attribute that primarily to the weather, but I am surprised how much my body has been able to hold up on these recent races, and more importantly I am having a lot of fun. My only regret is that I didn’t take my camera with me on the last lap and take pictures. I thought it would still be too dark, but it was amazing to finally be able to see the course for the first time.
