Day 3,845 —No Clouds—

 

I slowed down today and stopped by the pond and thought about how the wind made it feel like a storm was coming, but I didn’t see any clouds.

I looked at my calendar when I woke up at 4:30 hoping I didn’t have anything until later today, but alas I had something around 7, so I had no choice but to greet the day to try to get some coffee and run.

I am not sure what to listen to anymore. All the music I have been playing while I have been running suddenly feels old to me, but it is not like I have a strong desire to play other kinds of music. Maybe I need to stop listening to anything. I have been going back and forth between listening to the news, but I cannot say it is a positive experience.
