Day 3,819 —Valcour Segments—

 

  Many years ago now I made segments all around where I live. I figured if I made a couple every day, it wouldn’t be long until there would be somewhere on every route that I usually take. In reality, I did it for maybe a week or two maybe longer, but now I always wonder if some of the ones that I do are still the ones I created so many years ago. There were a few active when I started making them, but not that many.

         I once again was short on time, but went up Valcour hoping to beat my previous time, and I did by about 10 seconds. It is still not a superfast time, but my goal was to beat it today, and I didn’t do a bad job. Yesterday, I did the longer version of this segment, which not as many people do, but this one has a lot of participants.

I am trying to think if I saw one or two other runners on the road today. There was definitely more than one.
