Day 2,473 —Up and Down Laclede — (a field and two sunrises)

Not too cold today and feeling a little better. When I put my left foot down, I am curving it so the outside hits the ground first. I don’t know if this is a good idea or bad idea, but it is not like I am doing it consciously. 

I listened to music today, no book on tape. I feel like possibly my audio books during my running have gotten out of hand. I should try to go back to silence and music occasionally, or at least started mixing those in. 

And hooray it is the last week of January.
