Day 2,605 —Still Playing Catch-up— with a PICTURE of HAPPY JOE'S SIGN
My mind is still thinking about the race on Saturday. Why and how did I stop?! I have already start thinking about ways to rework my strategy. I think I needed to plan a little bit more than I did for that one. I need to create a checklist for nutrition and hydration and practice beforehand. I think I also want to buy a more comfortable shoe for the second half, so I have something to rotate into that has more support when my feet are in that much pain.
I felt fine today. I need to stretch. I am still sore, but I could have done more today, but I have a 50-mile run to do in twelve days. Have a great Monday!
