Day 3,989 —the Howard Aslinger Video is done!—

 

         Or, at least, right now, I think it is. I looked at the first rough cut on my TV yesterday, and there was nothing major to change, but it still didn’t feel ready. So, today I remixed the audio slightly, and am I going to preview it before I post it, so we will see. It might be worse than the first version, but right now I am hoping it is good.

I set up my tent today to clean it and let it dry out. Also, my daughter has been telling me she wants to go camping, so I wanted to let her play in it and even try to sleep in it today if she wants. She wants me to sleep in the tent with her, but I only have one cot, so we will see what happens. I was thinking she might want to just go to bed after being outside for a while, but she told me she still wanted to try to sleep out there tonight.

I ran over in the trail around the seminary, and even though there were a handful of people exploring, it was peaceful and calm. I didn’t feel bad about the usual pressure to try to run more. I was just enjoying the moment. And I sat in one of my favorite spots where I took this picture.
