Day 4,569—Tomorrow is the Rim to River 100 in West Virginia!—

 

Just a quick run around the neighborhood before 4! I got up on time but I am already running a little late to leave. I have so many mixed feelings about this weekend, but I know that I need this and will be happy whenever I start this race tomorrow morning and I am not dreading the drive.
